well same to me. i got this error several times. i'm stranded in the Philippines and this is the way to send money from germany. i try also several operationsystems,,rowser and also VPN. all doesn't. work. to complain to WU is sensless. you need an transaktionnummer which i do not get because the error apear befor the transaktionnumber is generated. complain with older transaktionnumbers works , but even if i tell them that i use the number only for my concern regarding the error C2201. the tell me the transaktion is done. yes yes yes. I us WU since 3 Years. this problem appear for me the last 3 Month.
