Thanks anonymous. I looked for a resolution on the internet and the only thing I found was someone had Comcast shut down the account and re-established a new account. Sounded way too too complicated and I didn’t want to deal with Comcast and have them come out to do a house call. I’ll try what you suggested. Thanks. I have Comcast.
