I have been trying to connect for 11 days now. I have called the online center 3 times and they said they would check it out and get back to me. Not 1 word yet and still cannot connect. I get Network Error. I am wondering if it's this way in the USA as I am overseas now. cannot pay my Visa...this is ridiculous! What to do?????
