Murphy's law I guess
We are using godaddy for business email too and are depend on a reliable service. Guess we will have to make changes because 2 big outages withing 2 months is anything else but reliable.
I'm hosting a couple private websites incl. email service on Hostgator and had not a single problem with them within 3 years. Go Godaddy Go! Your on the right track losing more and more customers.
