I think a big part of the issue is that GoDaddy is the largest provider, and therefore the biggest target. As my little business has grown, I've seen the increased need for 100% uptime or else it really kills productivity. Does anyone have any suggestions on a more reliable provider? I gave GoDaddy a pass on the September outage, these things can happen, but letting the system crash again so quickly after, well that's just egg on their clients faces....and lets be blunt, hosting is highly competitive and the price points aren't really a determining factor for anyone with a business...
