Does anyone know when the site will be back up? This is horrible and I cannot believe they have not made more of an effort to connect with the thousands of customers they are affecting. We are stuck in limbo not knowing what the heck is going on and no report of a solution. I tried calling them and was put on hold for I can't even tell you how long until I finally hung up. I am cancelling my account with them as soon as possible. I don't care what their reason is...their lack of urgency for the lives they are affecting is enough to show me that their service is absolute crap.
