exactly! In addition, they are not updating their account information at all. I called and checked my account balance and the last thing processed was on the 16th and I know for a fact I have used my card since then. This has always been an issue with them but now I can't even log in to see what has been processed. You are right! In addition...their is a reasoning behind an outage taking this much time...I think we deserve to know it.
