I agree, though, with others that the best thing to do would be send an immediate email to all those with accounts online updating and giving information. It would be relatively easy to do (they send them out fairly regularly!) and it would do a lot to instill confidence. After all, the entire market is based not on reality (in which assuredly the bank is secure, and so is our money!) but on perception. Nearly two days of silence is hardly comforting. Those who don't live near a BBT branch get worried when they can't get access to their accounts.
