I have windows 10 on my laptop and also have the CBS app to watch Y&R had no problems till recently when I also get “a decoding error caused resourc to stop being fetched please refresh the page and try agai. It happens at least 2 or 3 times within the hour that I watch Y&R. Can anyone tell me why this happens??
