Trouble logging in to account, Virtual Account numbers is down

I got into my account one time, then it started asking security questions which I had not set so I could not access the account. I called support, they reset the security questions. I had to create new security questions and answers. Then when I tried to access virtual account numbers in my account it asked a security questions that I had not set. So no access to my account.
Support also told me that virtual account numbers is down.
