I tried to contact CBS Access using the contact info they provide. I got a generic email saying that I was a valued customer but given the numbers of emails they receive they may no be able to get back to me. I have encountered the same error. Sad little cloud icon- yes that makes me feel better- with the error code UVP-1011. This has been happening to me for the better part of a year. If someone pays for a service that person shouldn't have to reboot their device. They didn't hire us as consumer/tech support. I am annoyed.
