Called customer service and tried to make a payment as it was due today. Was told they could not do it over the phone and directed me to their website. Informed them the website was down. They said it would be back up within a couple of hours. This was 9:00 am it is now 6:45 pm, a little longer than two hours. I asked if the payment was not made today if the late fee would be waived due to their technical issues and was informed that they would NOT be waiving late fees due to their technical issues. I informed them this was unacceptable and they said if I didn't like it I should take my business elsewhere. Some customre service.
