Trying to pay a toll and sign up for an account at the same time. Apparently I've wasted my energy doing this since the site seems to have been having issues for awhile according to previous reports from this website. Somehow not suprised that a municipal webpage is down... with no offer of human phone operator to help resolve. Modernity at it's finest.
