Down hard. Earlier (7:00AM EDT) was giving SSL certificate errors, then timeouts waiting for site to respond. T/C customer service at 11:00 told me site would be fixed by 12:00 noon EDT Mon 10/15/2012. Site still down 17:00 EDT. reply
