Error Message both Fire Stick and Apple Tv

Can't watcha ny new shows from 2/23 to present... getting all different error codes. I have reached out to ABC and they are saying its a log in issue but its not because I can watch programs on other apps with the same login info..... Anyone know how to solve this? I have a Spectrum account and an AT&T account
