CitiBank no authenticating

I first discovered that there site was down at 8 AM EDT. I tried multiple times on multiple systems to login without success. Other portions of the website are functioning properly.
After calling the web help line, I was told that multiple web servers had failed and that it was "hit or miss" to get logged on. They expected it to be repaired in the next few hours.
