Haven't been able to watch more than 10 min of any show on ABC

This has been on going for a month. I called my internet provider, but internet is working fine. I called Roku, my Roku system is working. ABC app is the only app I have an issue with where I can't watch more than 10 minutes of any show without a network setup error coming up on the screen.
