i have been trying to use the APPLY and CHECKOUT buttons since Friday, 10/20 and have been unsuccessful (and have lost many items because they were no longer in stock).  Finally, I called your Customer Service dept and the woman had to enter my order.  I tried to do it again after my conversation with Customer Service and still cannot checkout.  I’ve lost many items I wanted to order while I had the 30% off discount.  Needless to say, I’m not happy!
