I cannot log in to my Bank of America online account today. I have not been able to log in for weeks.

Today, when I enter my online ID, nothing happens. The very bottom of the computer screen says "javascript void [0]".
Several times recently it let me enter my online ID, but then brought up a security question, which I answered, correctly, and then it asked another security question, and then another and seemed to just be stuck.
