same situation, except the rude SF person said they couldn't help me because they were unable to verify my identity in past and that i had to verify it in-person at a local agent.

i have never been not verified over the phone, this is first i have been denied access to banking info over phone.

 

the site is down again and SF again denies there is a problem with site.

 

now SF won't let me into checking account online or phone.
