"Sign-on" unresponsive across all devices

I get a blank, constantly reloading screen that does nothing, which is very inconvenient for your clients who you've convinced to go paperless with your online banking.  Ironically when I was searching a troubleshoot for this, the top search headline said "HASSLE-FREE CHECKING WITH KEY BANK".  Please fix this.
