October 4 is when I noticed it wasn't working just after I payed a bill .I checked the next day I get "web page not available" message. I'm out of the country so I used skype to call tech support. I waited 45 minutes on hold and then she transferred me to someone else, another 10 minutes on hold.They told me they would look into it and have someone email me back. I will try not to be impatient,
