002-004-602 error in APP

Won't play 20/20 from 9/8/17. Getting error code above tried uninstall and reinstall with no success. Older episodes however seem to be playing initially then repeatedly crashing forcing the app to just close. Trying to play on ABC app on my IPAD, with my verification through Direct TV. Please help!
