have been unable to load site and email since 7/10/17. Contacted AOL via phone....no determination given for outage. Have case# but as of this am 7/11/10, situation still exists. Cannot connect to AOL at all via any source, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google. Am on hold now and waiting again to speak to AOL.
