I have not been able to access any of my Target accounts (Target.com, Target RedCard, or Target Cartwheel) for nearly a month now. I keep getting a message that the server is down. How long will this server be down? When will I be able to access my target accounts, again? I will not hesitate to stop going to Target altogether because of this.
