Hey I'm just as upset I called walmart.com to get help and the woman got to the point she didn't know what was wrong she stopped talking for awhile then responded did you get it to work? Obviously I didn't that was why I was calling so she said i need to write to the online chat box to get help well after getting disconnected and talking to two people or robots on there I got no where was told to try back in a few days ...I've literally wasted a whole day on not only making my projects for my wedding, in a week!... but to find out I can't even order them!
