Website not loading- Can't purchase airtime

Website won't load I can't add airtime this is happen for over a month I've called repeatedly no one can fix this issue I don't know the servers down or what but I have money in my account and I need to add airtime and TracFone website won't load the app won't load it keeps rejecting my payment even though I just got paid and there's money in my account so this needs to be fixed this is happening in Decatur Illinois 62526 and you guys need to get on it.
