The lovely orange disk just spins and spins and spins. Site hasn't worked or been worked on for months. For now, 800# phone call or snail mail is necessary to make payment. Cant wait till I pay this Sears MC off. I've already cut my card into lovely, tiny little pieces over this ridiculous on-going, on-line payment issue!
