Payment Problem Continues

Can log in but can't make a payment. Reported this on Sunday and had a "trouble ticket" from tech support issued with the promise of a fix within 2 days. Resubmitted on Thursday with another "promise" and it is now Saturday and still get get the status wheel for my payment turning and turning. Not alone, please fix this issue!!
