Virtual Credit Cards - still down

Well it's been a week, and the Virtual Credit Card Number system still down. Sure it was up for an hour or so, now and again, but for the most part - it has been down for the ENTIRE WEEK!
And Citibank is still unwilling/unable to provide a simple message on their website. Their estimted time to repair - UNKNOWN. They will barely admit to there being a problem, but they seem to have no idea when it will be working (perhaps IF it will be working would be more proper).
