I have this problem starting April 2017. Using this card for more than 20 years, never had anything like this. Seems to me that company blocked all users that try to access their accounts while being outside the United States. They have separate sites for Canada, UK..but not for clients that reside in other countries. This is my guess. Can anybody to interpret the reference code 18.d4a4c129.1493205416.2a68ee2 ?
