Sharon-- I did get a reply back this morning that they are "aware of the problem" (it weeks of nagging by us to get even this much from them) and their techs are "working on fixing it".  I had told them on their Facebook page several times to look at the "Pinterest Site Down Reports" and see the screenshots I put up and read that others are having this problem too, it is not just my computer as they were trying to tell me.  Anyway, not sure if I received a robo email answer or not, but I am HOPING they actually are working on the problem and might get it fixed soon.  So hang in, and keep checking your Pinterest to see if it is fixed.
