"Unable to ship to New Zip Code?"

For 3 days in a row, I am unable to complete a purchase and keep getting this message: " unable to ship to new zip code" after it has added freight charges. I did an online chat AND actually called them, they don't know why it is doing this, forwarded it to IT..said to allow 72hrs....Come On IT!!! Looks like I am going to have to pay more and order it somewhere else:(
