I have been working on this for hours. My Roku has abc, I select the show, and it gives me the error code (same as above). I follow instructions and still doesn't work. I spoke to abc customer service, she doesn't know why this keeps happenening. I even did a factoory resest on my roku and went to the web page and still doesn't work. I called direct tv and they reminded me that I suspeneded my service, but I didn't think that would connect to roku? I now have to start all over with setting up my roku which was giving to me and set up as a gift last year.
