Hi Dawn..I am experiencing all of the same issues. Now today, I can't upload images! I have written them and all they do is give a generic answer that I need to clear my cache, try a different browser. It's always something on my end they say, and not theirs, meanwhile so many are having the same issues! SOOO FRUSTRATING
