Unable to connect after login

Using Firefox 51.0.1 (64bit) also tried with Edge and Firefox 32bit. Getting to login and accounts screen but then get an endless loop and 'Firefox Not Responding' message in header. This has been going on for over two hours. Have waited at account screen over three minutes with no luck.
