Well, you can do a NSLOOKUP for ups.com and replace the url with the IP and it gets you there. If you follow any links you'll get the error again and will have to replace the first part of the URL with the IP. The IP I found was 53.2.224.50. Interesting enough now, when I do a NSLOOKUP, it times out.
