it seems like this problem has not been solved since forever. It's the end of 2021 and all my payments are keep being denied.
Im out of the country and I need to send someone this label to ship me something. I cannot do. Frustrating.
I see that my bank allows the transaction, then it goes right back to my account, so USPS system blocks it.
It seems like if you get flagged once, you are FLAGGED and you have to contact them to unflag you??? But then, will I be able to print from out of the country? I shall see. So crazy that they have this security feature, but I can shop at Macy's or Amazon no problem...
