I don't even get that far... when I click on "Sign In" it continues to cycle then times out with message "Site cannot be reached..."  I did call Comcast this morning 12/5/16 and the agent told me they are working on it; that they were upgrading the page to add enhanced features.  Now I'm from an IT background and I find it hard to believe that anyone would make an in-place ehnacement to a production system.  The whole thing is wierd.  My friend is on Comcast in the Philadelphia area and can sign on without issue.  I'm from Georgia and cannot logon.  I will assume that the backend servers servicing this area are different from the ones servicing Philadelphia.
