Cannot Log Out.

Cannot log out of account. I thought I had logged out on my Chrome Browser, so I went to Firefox and logged into Kohl's. Now I am logged into Kohl's on two browsers and cannot log out on either one. I have been having problems with Kohl's online. When I click on items to look at, like jeans, a blank white page pops up, no items to look at. This has happened on both Chrome and Firefox. Now it's like Kohl's online site is frozen. I can log into other sites with no problem.
