Cannot access personal banking from home on my laptop or ipad. SunTrust has given me a pile of excuses including "someone is trying to get into your ip address so your ip address is blocked." The ip address they are blocking is the Shentel ip address for the internet and not my devices. The "person" trying to get into my account from this ip address is ME. They are using every excuse possible to avoid just saying SunTrust screwed up the upgrade and can't fix it. Four times they have told me they unlocked it and it would take 24 hours for me to get my online banking informatio n. That gets rid of the customer for 24 hours and when the customer calls back they get another person that gives me another big story. One told me to clean out my cookies because I had to many. Totally incompetant people and SunTrust needs a class action suit for blocking customers from their accounts for weeks. Can't pay bills on line or see any balances.
