I continue to recieve this message but I have confirmed I have zero parental controls on my laptop. I asked my friend (who was once able to watch Ben adn Lauren on her computer) is now recieving this message as well. I thought this would resolve itself but it has been weeks. Does someone know how to correct this issue?
