Search not working; can't create new account at Grocery site

I am able to see the "main" page of walmart.com, but am unable to search or go to a different department. The website displays a graphic grocery cart with a spinning wheel and mentions something about roads aren't the only place with traffic.
Also, I am unable to set up a new account at the Walmart Grocery PickUp site.
