Says login info does not match record

Unable to login to my account. It says my login info does not match their records. I know this is incorrect as I know I am putting in the right info! Also when I attempted to call, after being on hold FOREVER, someone finally answered, but then put me right back on hold before I could answer because it was 8pm? Just fix the site then I wouldn't have to call in
