Hi. I was experiencing the same issues for several days now. I even contacted XFINITY due to being very upset. They said they would fix the issue. Still nothing changed. Then I tried it on my second Chrome account, and guess what? It worked. Now it works on both browsers. What I had to do was turn off the third party cookie blocking in my browser settings. Once I allowed the cookies I was able to log on. Hope it helps.
