I have not been able to access my Macy's credit card account serviced by CitiBank for the last two billing cycles. I have had to call Macy's customer service center to make my payments and the last one they never recorded which showed my account as delinquent. The Citibank link will not load and open up regardless of what device I am using to access my account. I am about ready to close my acc*#t and use my GM Capital One account instead.
