Chase has denied me access to my account for over a week due to their blocking of my password, and all my attempts to change my password fail. At best,I get a stupid message saying it looks like this part of their site is not working: at worst, I get an infuriating page saying "We're here to help" and when I enter the information requested, they say they can't identify me in their records. I want to get my money out of such inept, unreliable hands, but there is no way of writing to Chase to demand this. I have been a client of Chase and its predecessors (Chemical Bank) for nearly 60 years but never had a problem like this before.
