can't click anywhere

tried on both Chrome and Edge. the site loads but then you can't click on login or if you managed to get to the login page and you enter your password, nothing happens when you click login.
Spent 30mins with support over the phone and they had no answer for me. looks like they can't reproduce this issue!!
