Cannot access Walmart customer service survey site

After multiple tries on three differnt days, I was not able to access the Walmart page for its customer satisfaction survey. (http://survey.walmart.com).
My screen says "Your connection is not private" and states that Walmart's security certificate expired 3 days ago.
Walmart customer service says everythin is fine. I have no trouble accessing any other sites.
