FYI-looks like incoming email, affecting mobile and non-mobile as well

For iPhone email problems (byt PC email is ok) go to 

http://customer.xfinity.com/help-and-support/internet/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email/

(remember to try the POP settings before giving up, and give the settings verification a couple of minutes to spin up, and another few minutes before the server starts downloading all the mail you didn't get)
